The PressRoom Has New Ownership It was announced today that The PressRoom, has been purchased by Eric Butler from Corinth New York. Butler has served most recently as the plant manager at the firm. The Company is one of the largest sheet-fed commercial printing companies in New York State. They will continue to operate from a 25,000 square foot printing complex in the village of Ballston Spa with 31 full time employees. The PressRoom markets its services to 100’s of clients locally and through out the New England - Mid Atlantic region. The company produces process color, as well as black & white products. Their clients include colleges, publishers, credit unions, print brokers, state and local governments and manufacturers. The PressRoom was started by Gino Bardi in 1981. At its inception there were 5 employees. Mr. Butler joined the firm in 1984. The financial details of the transaction were undisclosed. Mr. Butler, 45, is a life long resident of Corinth, where he is active in the local Boy Scout Program as well as serving as Chairman of the Town Planning Board. He and his wife Jeannine have 2 children Jordan 15 and Jarred 12. |
